当社のゲノム試薬製品は、当社Agencourt AMPure XPで使用されている、常磁性ビーズにより核酸を種類とサイズ別に選択的に回収するSPRI(Solid Phase Reversible Immobilization:可逆固定法)テクノロジーを採用しています。当社化学製品はSPRIにより、qPCR、ddPCR、サンガー法シーケンシング、次世代(NGS)シーケンシング、マイクロアレイなどの解析法を支援するハイパフォーマンスな分離・精製・クリーンアッププロトコルを実現しています。
