CD62L抗原は、LECAM-1またはL-セレクチン、白血球接着分子-1（LAM-1）とも呼ばれる75 kDaの分子で、末梢リンパ節へのホーミングレセプタとして機能します。リンパ球の高内皮小静脈（HEV）への結合と活性化した内皮細胞上でのローリングにも関与します。CD62L抗原は、B細胞、T細胞、単球、好中球とNK細胞の約半数に発現します。
