If I think about one experience in which AUC gave a very, happy scientific response to my program, it was a collaboration. It has probably helped to the development of these amphipols that are now commercialized and used a lot in the structural investigation of membrane proteins. There was a client project that was pivotal because they were looking to transition from a SEC method to a method that could look at their product. And so AUC was a valuable tool to quantitate their empty, partial, and full capsids with their AAV product.
