Vδ2は、ヒトδ2遺伝子由来の γδ T細胞レセプタです。Vδ2+ T細胞は循環血中の γδ T細胞の主要なポピュレーションです。正常末梢血リンパ球の0.5~10%が陽性となりますが、これは 末梢γδ T細胞の70%に相当します。 Vδ2は、主にVγ9と会合します。このシーケンスは、TRDV2とも称されます（IMGTの遺伝子命名による）。
