TCR Vβ13.6 抗体

TCR Vβ13.6は、TCRBV13S6とも呼ばれます。Vβ13は、T細胞レセプタの複合サブファミリーです。正常末梢血CD3+細胞の0.9~1.9%が陽性となります。このシーケンスは、TRBV6-6とも称されます（IMGTの遺伝子命名による）。

JU74.3抗体は、Vβ13.6シーケンス（IGRb16シーケンス）を認識します。Vβ13.1（HBP34シーケンス）は認識しません。この複合サブファミリーの他のメンバーとの反応性は認められませんが、その可能性はまだ除外されていません。
