TCR Vβ5.3 は、TCRBV5S3とも呼ばれます。Vβ5は複数のメンバーで構成されるT細胞レセプタのサブファミリーです。正常末梢血CD3+細胞の1~1.8%（平均1.4%）に反応します。このシーケンスは、TRBV5-5とも称されます（IMGT遺伝子命名による）。
