TCR Vβ5.2は、TCRBV5S2とも呼ばれます。Vβ5は、複数のメンバーで構成されるT細胞レセプタのサブファミリーです。正常末梢血CD3+細胞の0.5~1.5%（平均0.8%）に反応します。このシーケンスは、TRBV5-6とも称されます（IMGTの遺伝子命名による）。
