TCR Vβ2は、TCRBV2S1とも呼ばれます。Vβ2はヒトT細胞レセプタの多型性β2鎖です。正常末梢血CD3+細胞では約10%が陽性となります。Vβ2は Toxic Shock Syndrome Toxin 1 （TSST1）の標的です。このシーケンスは TRBV20-1とも称されます（IMGTの遺伝子命名による）。
