TCR Vβ1は、TCRBV1S1またはS2とも呼ばれます。 Vβ1はヒトT細胞レセプタの多型性β1鎖です。正常末梢血CD3+細胞では約6%がこの抗体に陽性となります。このシーケンスは、TRBV9とも称されます（IMGTの遺伝子命名による）。
