CD154抗原（CD40リガンド、CD40L）は、TRAP (Tumor necrosis factor Related Activation Protein) としても知られているTNFスーパーファミリー分子です。32 kDaのII型膜貫通分子で、活性化T細胞、主としてCD4＋Tリンパ球の細胞表面に発現が誘導されます。CD40 Lは、一部の好塩基球や肥満細胞にも発現が見られ、T細胞及びB細胞の制御機能に重要な役割を担っています。
